Nothing Missing Leadership Workshop with Jim Drescher
October 16 & 17, 9am to 5pm

Nothing Missing Leadership is about knowing who we are as humans and how we would like to show up at this time of climatic, social, and political crisis. How can we be fully alive and deeply helpful – free from both denial and despair? Complex natural systems offer useful models for how we can build a sane society, including individuals, families, communities and countries. What are the nature integration practices that can reveal our inherent capacity for beneficial leadership? How can we move beyond conceptual understanding to embodied experience? This retreat is “serious business”, which will include the natural leavening of curiosity, wonder, play, humor, delight and the reminder that rule #4 is always appropriate. We will be a gathering of humans, within the context of billions of other-than-humans, yearning for connection with ourselves, with each other and with our whole world. Without doubt, we all will discover opportunities for collaboration with other participants on future work and play. Leadership is the dynamic expression of kindness, insight and bravery. At its best, it is a celebration of life and death. You are invited to celebrate with us. Please come.

Trained as a forest ecologist, Jim Drescher, co-director of Windhorse Farm in Nova Scotia and founder of Nothing Missing
Leadership, has been a serial entrepreneur for over 50 years. His teaching and coaching work plays at the confluence of the
ancient Buddhist leadership teachings and his family lineage of nature practice.
