In celebration of Pollinator week, we invite you to join the Delaware County Master Gardeners for a session on making our gardens and landscapes more attractive to pollinators and special types of bees. Whether you’re an avid gardener or just beginning your journey with the soil, this discussion is designed to empower you to include more native plants in your landscape.
If you have any children (ages 6 – 12), we encourage you to sign your child(ren) up at the same time for Plants and Pollinators for Kids. In for more? Expand your knowledge by joining a session of Meet The Bees from 10am – noon where you’ll tour our honeybee hives with our apiary team. Round out your day by enjoying a Meet the Pollinators session from 1pm – 3pm, where you’ll learn about native bees, butterflies and other insects that help with pollination. Pick and choose what’s best fits your interest and scheduled by registering for one or all sessions individually. Pack a lunch and picnic on the patio if you plan to stay the day.
