Maple Sugar Days

9:30am – 1pm (hour long timeslots every half hour)

$100 per timeslot, limit of 10 people per time slot.

Discover the wonder of this local Ohio natural food. Join our experienced Sugar Makers for a hands-on experience in the sugar bush.  Your small group will learn how to tap a maple tree, help collect sap and learn about the evaporation process.  Enjoy Stratford’s beautiful forest while participating in the maple sugar season, truly a precious fleeting time of year!
